If you are looking for a web based system to monitor while you are away from home or to keep an eye on traffic coming in and out of your location or manage office, we have a package for you.
Technical support services can be accessed through a variety of options to suit your needs. Users can call our help desk line directly, email us issues that go directly to our Help Desk Support Center or request for remote shadowing.
The Help Desk Support Center allows customers to leverage extensive software, and help desk expertise to solve their end user’s issues. Our first-level support team determines the problem and works to resolve it over the phone. If we cannot solve the issue via phone support, customers can allow us to take over their system and work on the issue remotely and interactively. If a physical visit is needed, your call will be escalated and a support personal will be sent to the company's location.
All of our Standalone DVRs feature an embedded Linux OS, remote monitoring from anywhere in the world, audio recording and H.265+ compression. These standalone units are built for only one purpose – the best quality HD video surveillance in the world.

Great DVRs are all about versatility. Many of our DVRs offer HDMI, VGA and BNC Composite Video outputs, so you can operate several different monitors simultaneously. Some included Matrix output or a Spot Monitor output so you can also run a separate monitor that can be programmed to display a completely different series of cameras! Need to output a single camera to its own monitor? This is not a problem with built-in loop connectors on some models. Some DVRs feature every channel with its own BNC output that can be used to provide video to a monitor, a multiplexer, or anywhere you need it!
All DVRs offered by STechnology Solutions are H.265 hardware compression to bring you great quality video while maximizing your hard disk storage capacity. The Full 1080p DVRs bring you the maximum in recording versatility by being able to 1080p on all channels at 30fps. This allows you to capture a higher level of detail for a cash register, license plate, or anywhere that demands the highest video resolution available. All of our DVRs are capable of recording 1080p resolution on all channels at 30fps simultaneously.
The DVR software provided is amazingly simple to setup and operate. An intuitive mouse-driven interface provides very simple point-and-click control over all functions and settings. Users can easily fast forward, rewind, and advance frame by frame. Most of our DVRs offer all-channel play back at the same time at the DVR, and 4 channels can be played back via the web interface or client software.
The built-in Web server allows you to perform most every function of the DVR remotely with Internet Explorer. Client software is also available to allow you to centrally monitor multiple DVR units simultaneously. Two-way audio over the network or Internet is also standard on many of our models. So, not only can you hear what is going on, you can interact. This DVRs support multiple simultaneous network or Internet users. With Dynamic DNS support, it is not necessary to have a static IP address on your network in order to have remote DVR access. This saves you money, as most ISPs charge extra for a static IP address.
